Aggregator and Catalogue only: Thepropflix.com is an online catalogue and an intermediary platform under the Information Technology Act, 2000. We compile and display listings of props offered by various vendors. We do not own, sell, or rent any of the items displayed on the platform.
No Direct Rentals: The platform facilitates discovery and connection between customers and vendors. All rentals, transactions, pricing, payments, deposits, and deliveries are arranged directly between the customer and the vendor.
Accuracy of Listings: We take reasonable steps to verify listings, but do not guarantee their accuracy, availability, or quality. Responsibility for the correctness of listings rests entirely with the respective vendor.
Eligibility and Account Registration:
1. Use of the platform is permitted only to persons who are competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
2. Vendors and customers are required to create accounts by providing accurate and complete details.
3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse, non-compliance, or fraudulent activity.
Independence of Vendors: Vendors act as independent entities. There is no partnership, employment, or agency relationship between the vendor and Thepropflix.com.
Lawful Use: Customers may use the platform for lawful purposes only and must refrain from data scraping, copying, or infringing any content or intellectual property rights.
Intellectual Property:
1. The platform’s layout, design, categorisation, compilation, and technology are the exclusive property of Thepropflix.com and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957.
2. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or redistribution of platform content is strictly prohibited.
Thepropflix.com functions only as an intermediary under Section 2(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
We are not responsible for any transactions, representations, or warranties made by vendors.
We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
1. Inaccurate listings or misrepresentations by vendors;
2. Disputes between vendors and customers.
The platform and its content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no representation regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of listings or vendor conduct.
We may update or modify these terms from time to time. Revised terms will be posted on the platform, and continued use will signify acceptance of the updated terms.
